Esto es la gestión que ya has realizado con resultados negativos.
2.- Realizar una reclamación formal en:

Tanto a la marca como al concesionario no admitiendo una moto reparada previamente a la entrega.
3.- Admitir la moto reparada con un documento acrediticio de las reparaciones previas a la entrega realizada y que te pudiera servir para una posterior reclamación llegado el caso en los órganos competentes y que garantizan los derechos de los consumidores.

(Vespa Balart S.L.) Al hacer la Pre-entrega me envían un correo diciéndome que hay un fallo en el termostato y deja escapar líquido refrigerante. Por lo cual no pueden hacer la entrega y proceden a su reparación. Les contesto que he comprado una moto nueva y no quiero ninguna reparada, en su caso hubiese comprado una de segunda mano.. No dan ninguna solución salvo repararla. Mi pregunta es: ¿qué seguridad tenemos los consumidores al comprar una moto nueva y en su caso nos entreguen una moto reparada? .¿es legal actuar así? Pienso! Si compro un tv y es defectuoso lo cambio.. Si compro un vehículo / moto que hago?! El servicio Pos venta de esta tienda que tiene varias en Barcelona es pésimo. No estoy satisfecho con mi compra y aún no he estrenado la moto. no os recomiendo comprar en este concesionario oficial piaggio.
