¿QUÉ PUEDO RECLAMAR A UN TALLER QUE NO ME ARREGLA LA MOTO?

Hace 4 meses que compré mi x8 y ya me ha dejado tirado 7 veces. Después de llevarla 3 veces al taller oficial (poniéndome cada vez una excusa nueva de lo que le pasa a la moto), hoy me ha vuelto a dejar tirado. Como no estoy dispuesto a pasarme así toda la vida, quisiera saber qué puedo reclamarles legalmente (cambio de moto, devolución de dinero, denuncia, etc).

Por cierto, para la gente de Santander y alrededores. El taller es Moto Vespa Solano.
